Stage 1 · Walk round
Quoted after seeing the actual job.
Four services, all with a waste transfer note issued.
Probate clearances need patience rather than speed. We go room by room, set aside documents, photographs and anything that looks like it matters, and show you before anything leaves. People regret a fast clearance far more often than a slow one.
Quoted after seeing the actual job.
Documents and valuables set aside.
Before anything is taken away.
Issued, naming where it went.
And which floor it is on.
Quoted before we arrive.
Upholstery and WEEE routed correctly.
Transfer note for your records.
Upholstered furniture and mattresses have specific disposal routes, and fridges and electrical items fall under WEEE rules rather than going in with general waste. We separate them properly, which is slower and the reason some cheap collections end up dumped in a lane.
Rubble and soil are heavy and priced accordingly, which is why a van load of soil costs more than a van load of garden trimmings. We quote on what it actually is rather than on van size alone, so the price on the day matches the quote.
Soil, rubble and green priced differently.
On type and volume, not just a van.
Segregated for recycling where possible.
Transfer note issued.
Volume, access and timing.
Paper and data-bearing kit separated.
Out of hours where required.
Transfer notes for your records.
Commercial clearances throw up two things that need care: confidential paper and IT equipment holding data. Both are kept separate and routed appropriately, because a skip full of client files outside an office is a data breach rather than a clearance.
A free quote after we have seen it, and a transfer note on the day.
